Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies to all customers globally and fully complies with the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. Because these are musical instruments, this means the pedal must be unused, free from cosmetic damage (no scratches), have no velcro applied to the back, and be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@drunk-beaver.rocks. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package.

Important for International Returns (Outside the EU): The package must be explicitly declared as a "Return" on the customs declaration form (CN-22/CN-23). Failure to do so may result in customs fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special custom-built orders or personalized items). We also cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. We will refund the full cost of the item, including the initial standard delivery cost.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@drunk-beaver.rocks.
