Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped the same or the next business day after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays in Poland).

Shipping within Poland

We offer free shipping on all orders within Poland (no minimum purchase required). At checkout, you can select delivery via InPost Paczkomat, InPost Courier, DPD, or FedEx.

International Shipping

For international orders, we offer the following free shipping tiers. Delivery time varies depending on your location:

• Orders over $100: Free shipping via Poland Post (Poczta Polska) Global Express or Priority Package (includes a tracking number).
• Orders over $350: Free shipping via FedEx Economy.
• Orders over $500: Free shipping via FedEx Priority (2-3 business days to almost any location).

Notice for US Customers: Since August 2025, Poland Post services are unfortunately unavailable for shipments to the United States, with no ETA on when they will resume. As a result, there are currently no free shipping options for smaller US orders (under $350). Shipping rates for these orders are calculated at checkout based on available carriers.

Faster international shipping methods via FedEx, DHL, and DPD are also available at checkout for an additional cost for all regions.

Customs and Import Taxes

Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the recipient's sole responsibility.

• EU: 1-2 weeks
• USA: Currently unavailable via Poland Post
• Canada: 2-6 weeks
• Australia: 4-6 weeks

Lost Packages

If a package does not arrive within 60 days and shows no status updates, your order will be 100% refunded.
